Dear valued Hertz & Firefly customers
With the President’s address to the Nation held on 23rd of March 2020 the following information is important to you.
All South African based Hertz and Firefly locations will be temporarily closed from 27 March 2020.
To all our valued customers currently renting a vehicle who wish to return your vehicle, kindly do so before 12:00 noon Thursday 26th of March 2020. Should you wish to utilise your vehicle during this period kindly extend your rental until 1 May 2020.
We will endeavour to assist customers as far as possible during this period as rental operations will be impacted and we shall appreciate your understanding during this lockdown period. Chauffeur drives and transfers will not be available due to safety arrangements of our customers and employees.
